Business Developement Representative

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat - converting leads into prospects.
  • Maintain daily work plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, and using customized scripts for each prospect type.

Key Responsibilities

  • Smile when you dial and being a team player.
  • Responsible for sales process including prospecting, appointment setting, and follow up.
  • Cold calling, on the phone, over email, chat, and text.
  • Meeting appointments, kept appointments and sales quota on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Set up appointments over the phone and through email, chat and text.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, with at least 1 year of phone skills including cold calling, great listener and communicator.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving complex problems with little supervision.
  • Computer literate, Experience in Microsoft Office and fast learner.
  • The ability to translate customer need into solution requirements.
  • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire Business Development Center and Sales Department.

Sales Associates

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Ford selling process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
  • Complete Daily Work Plan
  • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
  • Training will be provided

  • Ability to create and maintain outstanding customer relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills
  • Prior sales or retail experience preferred
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
