The 2020 Ford F-250 Is the Rugged Truck of Your DreamsThe F-250 is part of Ford’s Super Duty lineup and is great for handling tough tasks. Its 2020 version features a comfortable ride, a powerful engine, and formidable hauling capabilities. On top of that, this rugged truck offers several driving options with its XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trim levels. Here are some of the reasons you should drive the 2020 Ford F-250.

A Strong, Muscular Exterior

A boxy look, along with a bold grille with the Ford Blue Oval in the middle, makes the 2020 Ford F-250 striking on the outside. The redesigned front bumper sends more air to the engine, while the wheels direct additional air to the brakes. The car also sports a sculpted tailgate featuring body-colored Super Duty lettering. What’s more, its body uses a strong aluminum alloy for less weight and more resistance to corrosion and dents. Every trim level also gets lights for the truck bed, automatic high beams, and 17-inch wheels.

You can choose heated power-folding side mirrors with memory settings, fog lights, splash guards, a cover for the bed, 18- or 20-inch wheels, and a power-sliding rear window with privacy glass. Other upgrades include a dual-panel moonroof, a power tailgate, LED roof clearance lights, and storable loading ramps. Choose the Tremor off-road package for 35-inch all-terrain tires, more ground clearance, and the ability to cross up to 33 inches of water.

Plenty of Power

This truck is fun to drive, offering excellent acceleration. It comes with power steering, trailer sway control, and stability control to deliver a smooth, responsive ride. The impressive 6.2-liter Flex-Fuel V-8 engine uses a six-speed automatic transmission to generate 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. With the optional alternative fuel package, this motor can use liquid propane, compressed natural gas, or gasoline. The F-250 can haul up to 7,360 pounds and tow a maximum of 23,000 pounds.

For enhanced truck performance, you can equip your F-250 with a 10-speed automatic transmission with Tow/Haul, Normal, Eco, Rock, Slippery, and Snow/Sand driving modes. Four-wheel drive is available, and heavy-duty shocks make exploring off-road more comfortable. You can also select a 6.7-liter turbocharged diesel engine that offers 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque. Perhaps you could consider a 7.3-liter gas V-8 that supplies 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque.

A Luxurious Interior

The 2020 F-250 comes with a lot of interior niceties, including two glove boxes, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and folding front and rear seats. Additional options include push-button start, remote start, a heated steering wheel, a universal garage door opener, keyless entry, navigation, and voice recognition. Heated and cooled power leather or suede seats with memory settings are available in several colors.
